2004 TUG Membership Form
Direct benefits for TUG membership in 2004 (more info):
Alternatively, you can choose to receive the 2003 software with your
2004 membership, or purchase the software currently available without
becoming a member through the TUG store. We do
not expect the 2004 distributions to be ready until late fall, at best.
Dues are generally tax deductible (at least in the USA), less
value of benefits, which for this year is calculated as $35 (all
amounts in US dollars). Voluntary donations are generally fully tax
deductible (again, at least in the USA). More
info on TUG's tax-exempt status.
See instructions below if needed.
- Special membership rate. As in previous
years, students or seniors (62 or better) may join TUG at a special
reduced rate. As of 2004, we offer the same special rate to new
graduates; that is, if you were a full-time student in 2003 but are not
now. Also, we now offer the special rate to citizens of countries with
modest economies. We use the same qualifying country
list as the AMS for this latter circumstance.
- Payment methods.
- If you choose to pay via PayPal, the results page will
contain a button to make the payment. Our paypal address is
paypal@tug.org.
- If you wish to pay by check or money order, or prefer to forgo
electronic submittal, please print the PDF
membership form and follow the instructions there.
- If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact the TUG office. We prefer other
methods, since the bank charges are significant.
- If you do pay by credit/debit card, you do not need to
use the printed form; this electronic submission suffices.
Problems or questions?
If you have any questions or difficulties submitting the membership
form, please contact the TUG office by email or
via paper mail, phone, or fax.
