[biblio] The "original documentation" link on http://tug.org/bibtex/ appears to be dead

I was just looking for the easiest access to bibtex documentation
and thought that would be it :)
Thanks.
I've been writing a lot of bibtex utilities and posting about them on the texhax list
but wanted to clean up a bunch of stuff and make some of it conform to actual bibtex
implementation.
Although, while I'm here, curious how people actually get bibtex entries from webpages and specialize referneces
to specific needs? I was referred to Zotero but AFAICT it does not know about ld+json
which popular news sites and even academics are now using. ( and which my code TooBib
is supporting but not with user quality translations yet) . I hoped to expand bibtex
to work well for personal communications ( adapted to short biography in a bib
entry ) and a "bill of materials" list allowing for purchase and credit to the author
via the bibliopgrahy.
