[metapost] Basic question

Hi,

I am a beginner in Metapost.

Is it possible to include other languages, such as
Chinese, Korean, Japanese in Latex file by using
Metapost?

I purchased MS Office 2003 Professional, but couldn't
use other languages, and now found out that I should
have bought 'Office 2003 Professional with MUI Pack'
instead of plain one. Even if I read their web, I
still couldn't figure out how to get it.
