[tex-live] Number of cbgreek Type 1 fonts

I just wonder whether it makes sense to reduce the number of included
cbgreek Type 1 fonts in a similar way as it have been done with
cm-super.  Currently there are 233 files which need 19.1MByte.
Removing all files but the g*1000.pfb fonts we only have 1.8MByte in
22 files.  Since the fonts follow the EC font naming scheme,
Vladimir's type1ec.sty file works just fine.
