Agreed.  I will insert such a note.

However, I cannot endeavor to track down precisely which pfb's we have
and find the afm's that correspond to them, etc., etc.  That's why I
wrote my previous message :).  If someone else is able to work on this,
great.  Seems related to Frank trying to track down exactly where all
our tfm's came from ...
