I can confirm the problem with bibtex8 from TeXLive.
The entry is simply too long. Since you use Big5 encoding, which
needs two bytes per character, and you have to use the small Perl
script posted earlier to the cjk list to replace problematic
characters with `\CJKchar{...}{...}', it is a good idea to recompile
bibtex8, setting the value of ENT_STR_SIZE (in bibtex.h) to a larger
value -- perhaps you can ask the MikTeX people for a new binary...
BTW, normal bibtex works just fine -- in TeXLive, the limit of
`ent_str_size' has already been increased to 250.
