[tex-live] dvipdfmx: update to current version?

The current release of dvipdfmx is 20070518, TL has 20061211.

Is there a TL maintainer for that package?
If yes, what are the plans for updating?
If no, shall I update it? (Keeping the TL changes, of course.)
