I know this problem only from Windows. Most of the time it worked to
restart the installation and use the same installation settings (the
installer will ask you). The problem is, if the installer loses
connection because of timeouts, the package can not be installed. So the
installer stops the process. But you can restart it easily, as mentioned.
I hope, this will help you. Otherwise it could be good, to set a mirror
server manually.
