[tex-live] Will LuaTeX be updated to its latest release?

The ConTeXt minimals/luatex team is planning to create a TL-compatible
repository so that in the future you would be able to update luatex
(and context)in an existing TL installation by just pointing tlmgr to
a different repository location.

But first, we want to have luatex 0.50 out, so expect nothing much for
the next two months.
