[tex-live] shortdesc missing for censor

the shortdesc derives from the catalogue "caption".  i obviously made a
mistake when creating that entry in the catalogue: it had an empty
caption :-(

now corrected in the catalogue repository.  dunno when that will appear
in the distribution (i just sits here writing this rubbish, i don't
actually _do_ anything with it myself).

what packages appear with "shortdesc missing" ?
