Thanks, I forgot to include the new tlmgrgui.pl which is now
directly in 
	texmf/scripts/texlive/

Will be fixed with tomorrows update. In the meantime please use either
the command line or tlmgr gui-old.

If someone is in hurry to fix that please get it from
	http://www.tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl
and put it into your installation at 
	texmf/scripts/texlive/

No, nothing with the include paths, the new tlmgrgui is also in a file
called tlmgrgui.pl but it is in texlive/ and not in texlive/tlmgrgui/
