[tex-live] expl3 package: l3vers.dtx

Hello,

I've recently spotted that TeX Live misses out l3vers.dtx from 
tex/latex/expl3. Without l3vers.dtx, things go wrong if you try to 
typeset any documents using l3doc.cls. Could it be put where it needs to 
go, please.
