[tex-live] freebsd back in TL

Thanks to Nicola Lecic, freebsd binaries are back in the main TL
repository -- both i386-freebsd and amd64-freebsd.  They are included in
tonight's rebuild and will henceforth available in the installer.  They
are built from the TL'09 release sources on FreeBSD 7.

Nikola also makes FreeBSD 6 and 8 binaries available from his web site,
http://anthesphoria.net/FreeBSD/TeXLive-2009, as well as binaries for
all three versions built against the current TL sources at
http://anthesphoria.net/FreeBSD/TeXLive-Devel/.

It's also possible to download the binaries separately and use the
-custom-bin option to the installer to tell TL about them.
