[tex-live] Include TTF and OTF packages for Kerkis fonts

Hi all,

Please include TTF and OTF packages for Kerkis fonts. Currently
   http://iris.math.aegean.gr/kerkis/Kerkis_for_LaTeX.html
is included. Extend this with
   http://iris.math.aegean.gr/kerkis/Kerkis_ttf.zip
and
   http://iris.math.aegean.gr/kerkis/Kerkis-OTF.zip

Benefit of this is that users would have access to also the TTF and OTF 
fonts for this type. This is common for most other types in Tex Live.
