[tex-live] Include type1 package for Garamond fonts

Hi all,

Please include type1 packages for Garamond fonts, see:
   http://ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/urw-garamond.html
and
   http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/urw/garamond/

Benefit of this is that users would have access to also the type1 fonts 
for this type. This is common for most other types in Tex Live.
