I think you are right. see the screenshot.
It is easy to reproduce the problem on my machine.
but I have no idea whether it is the same on other windows user's machine.

when I use cdda2wav->lame to convert CD image to mp3 files, I always
record the title/author/pianist/director/orchestra/blablabla into
readme.txt.

I will try to write the missing readme.txt this evening.

In fact I (as a end user, not software deverloper) think w32 is a
great platform, as long as we do not run it as a server....
