[tex-live] FYI: Update of tlmgr failed in MacTeX

MacTeX 2015, OS X 10.9.5

texlive.infra did not install from neither FTP Fernuni Hagen nor FU Berlin using TeX Live Utility 1.21.
Please see the error log below.
