[tex-live] Czechoslovak translation

OK, if cs.po is translated and the translation is so urgent, I could help
during Friday and Saturday. Can I get the right to commit in order to be
more efficient? (I have been actively using svn for several years and also
have been maintaining several repositories on my server.)
