[tex-live] strange output from "tlmgr install --all"

I do not know where exactly the Czech and Slovak hyphenation patterns are
packaged, they might be packaged in cslatex and used in babel and
polyglossia for all remaining formats + engines. Unless you disable Czech
and Slovak you probably need cslatex and/or csplain.
