[tex-live] strange output from "tlmgr install --all"

It is from TeX Live.  It is present in the tlnet directory when one rsyncs
a clone of the texlive repo from one of the mirrors with `rsync someflags
somemirror::CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet`.  Sorry, I hadn't specified that
it's "hanging around" in my local clone of the TeXLive repo, not in my
installation.  But when I do `tlmgr update --all`, it's pointing at my
local clone, so I thought perhaps the .ilist file was messed up and
interfering with tlmgr somehow.
