[tex-live] upmendex

Dear all,

I'd like to introduce a new software "upmendex".
http://www.ctan.org/pkg/upmendex
It is a multilingual index processor.

I think it satisfies the requirement for TeX Live:
http://tug.org/texlive/pkgcontrib.html

I hope it would be included in TeX Live and be enjoyed.
If there is any trouble to install it in TeX Live repository,
give me any advise.
