[tex-live] extractbb can not read the pdf file generated by mutool

Dear all,

For the pdf file made by mutool ( http://mupdf.com/ ), I get the 
following warning with extractbb.

extractbb:warning: Invalid xref table entry [0]. PDF file is corrupt...
extractbb:warning: Error while parsing PDF file.
extractbb:warning: test.pdf does not look like a PDF file...

The xref table in the pdf file is as follows and there is an empty line 
in front of the trailer. This is why extractbb fails.

I wrote the attached patch and now it works well.
