overly large pretest update

The build I pushed out to tlpretest a little while ago has more packages
than one would expect. This was due to updating Catalogue data (for
otherwise-unchanged packages), which we had intentionally been
postponing until the pretest.

I had meant to do this for the initial pretest setup (so that so much
wouldn't have to be downloaded twice), but in the event, that didn't
happen. Sorry for that, and happy downloading. -k

P.S. Asymptote is still in flux. No updates to the compiled sources for
anything else, though. Please keep testing!
