tlmgr — Package not present error messages

My mistake, sorry.


tlmgr install graphicx gives:
	"tlmgr install: package graphicx not present in repository."
even if graphicx is already installed.

tlmgr update graphicx gives:
	"tlmgr: graphicx mentioned, but neither new nor forcibly removed"
even if graphics is not yet updated.

Since LaTeX packages are not necessarily the same as TexLive packages, but
usually are, perhaps these error messages could somehow mention that a
package may be part of another package.

>From a useability standpoint, It would be even nicer if the program could
tell you which package contains what you are looking for.  (But I realize
the TexLive group is very busy right now.)
