There are just a few differences between ISO-8859-2 and CP-1250. Most
editors use strange heuristics and cannot distinguish them, sometimes
use a wrong gues, sometimes do not open such a file at all. Vlna was
developed on Linux many years ago, hence you should know that it is in
ISO-8859-2.
