Wrong name of package texlive-cz

    just noticed that the package name is wrong: texlive-cz
    The ISO code for the Czech language is 'cs' from "ÄeskÃ½ jazyk".

As stated, it is both Czech and Slovak. It's always been named cz. I'm
not going to rename it unless the translators, Petr Sojka (Czech) and
Jan Busa (Slovak), want me to. Personally I think the name is meaningful
in its melding of the two. -k
