TeX Live 2020 pretest, texdoctk.exe

Per chance I've just stumbled upon the following error:

I tried to start texdoctk.exe, then a window with the following message
popped up:

E:\texlive\2020\bin\win32\runscript.tlu:915: command failed
with exit code 1:
wperl.exe
e:\texlive\2020\texmf-dist\scripts\texdoctk\texdoctk.pl
