[tex4ht] biblatex-apacite and htlatex

I just attempted to run htlatex against a document using biblatex-apacite and came across this problem from 5 years ago perhaps! (Though I expect they were using traditional apa.) Before I put together the minimal example, can any anyone confirm that they've successfully used the two together (i.e.,biblatex-apa with htlatex)?
