[tex4ht] Tex4ht and XeTeX and Unicode

Thanks!  In the Ubuntu installation, all these commands are hidden away in
/usr/share/tex4ht/ and the documentation calls for them to be invoked as
arguments for mk4ht.

However, I never seem to be able to get good results from tex4ht unless the
source TeX file has been considerably massaged and simplified.  :-(
