I am sorry for my stupid typo:

It is version 2010-09-26.

I also tried to use jurabib, an older tool frozen since 2007 but very
solid. It used to be compatible with tex4ht. To my amnazement I found
that the version I have of tex4ht does not filter any bibliographic
style. It prints the bibliography at the end but dopes not print
citations, even with natbib or with a 'plain' (numeric) style. I have
the svn version of all the *4ht files.

Rather desperate...
