[tex4ht] [bug #192] Some xr-hyper related changes

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #192 (project tex4ht):

I attached a minimal example that displays the errors mentioned below. With
Tobias' changes, the correct HTML files seem to be produced, using only
htlatex. But for every newlabel entry in the external aux file, the following
error is thrown at externaldocument, as seen in the log file:


! Argument of xr:rEfLiNK has an extra }.
<inserted text> 
                par 
l.5 begin{document}


Ignoring it with nonstopmode/batchmode works, but once 100 errors pile up,
which is common for a larger document, latex invariably fails...
