[tex4ht] tex4ht does not resize SVG image when using width=\columnwidth in mutlicolumn environment

Hi Nasser,

try  to play with values of \columnwidth or \emwidth. But note that
size of your columns is dependent on display size, so your images will
overflow anyway on smaller displays. It would have to be solved by
media queries in the CSS file, so only one column will be displayed on
phones and tablets etc.
