Details:

Processing attached bug.tex with "mk4ht xhlatex bug" once results in the
following invalid html output (see bug1.html):

Note that the div element starts after the td element is closed. Also, colspan
is only 3 while it should be 7.

After running "mk4ht xhlatex bug" three times, html output is finally valid,
see bug3.html.
