[tex4ht] another problem with mathjax mode: Forbidden control sequence found while scanning use of \AltlDisplay

tex4ht now provides two native ways to involve MathJax. First one is
using MathML, this method is basically the same as what you use. It
can be requested using "mathml,mathjax" options. The second keeps
LaTeX math unexpanded in the HTML file and uses MathJax to render it.
It is requested using just "mathjax" option, without "mathml". The
issue with the second method is that you can experience errors in both
tex4ht and MathJax. On the other hand, you don't experience issues
with wrong MathML produced by tex4ht, so it has both positives and
negatives.
