[tex4ht] [bug #437] unclosed \ifnum for \\* in longtable

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #437 (project tex4ht):

`\\* ` should just act like `\\ ` apart from suppressing a page break, so I
assume they should act identically in an html context. so as you say you could
just use `\LT at t@bularcr` in both branches.
