[tex4ht] [bug #228] tex4ht does not accept \setcounter{tocdepth} in report class

Follow-up Comment #1:

It seems we newer fixed this in the sources, even though I posted a solution
on TeX.sx.  Anyway, it is fixed now for base LaTeX classes and Koma Sript.
