[tex4ht] [bug #500] error message when using biblatex with htlatex

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #500 (project tex4ht):

Hi Kristian,

it seems that Miktex's version of biblatex.4ht is old, the latest update in
TeX Live is from 2021-01-29. 

You can find the current files here:
https://www.kodymirus.cz/files/tex4ht-4ht-files.zip. biblatex.4ht and other
files are in the texmf/tex/generic/tex4ht/ directory.
