[tex4ht] biblatex \footnotetext breaks in ODT

That's great! I've removed the code that caused this issue from the 
sources. I've added it two years ago as a fix for some other issue, but 
I cannot find test files for the original issue, so I cannot tell what 
it should had fixed. So I hope it don't break anything, as missing 
spaces in the whole document is quite big issue.
