[texhax] Translation of fixed words in the bibliography

There seems to be a bug in the newer versions of the custom-bib package -
I'm sure it used to work.

I'll drop a note to the author Patrick W Daly.

In the meantime, you can easily hack the bst file by hand: just edit the
bits you want to translate, it really shouldn't take long.
