[texhax] Download problem

Hello,

I am trying to install MiKTeX.  I run the wizard (setup-2.4.1661.exe),
choose "Download Only" choose "Total" and then when it looks for the
remote package repository, I receive an error that says, "Cannot
download the repository list:  The system cannot find the file
specified."  I thought this may be a network problem but it works fine
on other computers on the network so I figured this was a computer
problem.  Any suggestions?
