[texhax] Converting from LaTeX to MS Word

I'd like to thank all the people who wrote on this topic; it has been
very informative for me.

I've tried out some of the suggestions:
Tex2Word seems pretty good, if you don't use AMS math symbols. 
Unfortunately, I sometimes do use them.  It also costs money

Failing that, converting to an html file seems best, both by majority
vote and my own brief experimentation.

One option I haven't seen mentioned is Scientific Workplace, which I
see advertised in some statistics journals.  Has anyone experience with
it?
