[texhax] bmp to eps

Well, it is easy to save a .bmp file as a .jpg file in paint. But what is "jpeg2ps"? It is not a unix command.

A VFAQ (see, e.q., Q.100 in Robin's TeX FAQ): save it as a jpg (even
M$paint will do that) and then use jpeg2ps.
