[texhax] Ghostview always displayx A4 paper

In that case, no. I never had my similar (but slightly different) problem
before 8.14 and reverting to 8.13 cured it.

All I can suggest now is to uninstall and reinstall GSview and Ghostscript,
with a reboot inbetween as an added measure, and see if that cleans up
whatever the problem is, which may lie in an ini file and/or registry entries
and just may not be fixable any other way. Only once since GSview 2.xx have I
had to do that, but that one time it was the only thing that worked.
