[texhax] Creating an answer sheet

Hi,

I am currently using the exam documentclass. However, this does not
allow me to easily create answer sheets for true/false type question. By
an answer sheet I mean a document with little blocks that students would
fill in to indicate their answer.

Is there a quick way to do this in LaTex?
