Hello Kala,

      I need the logiciel of installation to convert my document from
      (DOC ou PDF) to TEx form as the tug publication requirements,
      please help me and send me the executable to install it or find to
      me how to convert my document to TEX format I have found a lot of
      problems

Well, http://tug.org/begin.html has a bunch of information about getting
started with TeX.

However, for your tug06 conference paper, it doesn't make sense (and
there isn't time) for you to invest all that effort.  Instead, just send
me your .doc file and the .pdf output, and I'll see if I can easily
convert it.
