All mirrors I've seen since yesterday announcement, for example,

http://carroll.aset.psu.edu/pub/CTAN/systems/texlive/Images/

have 2008-08-22 as date; therefore, may I assume that if one already  
has that iso.lzma image (texlive2008-20080822.iso.lzma) one is up to  
date and doesn't
need to download anything else?
