[texhax] Problem with BIBTEX (apa-good.bst file)

I apologize if I am sending this incorrectly, but I am replying to the

It seems that the original advice provided doesn't quite stay within APA the
guidelines.  I think if you instead add two lines of code on lines on line
996 which looks like

      format.bvolume output
      format.chapter.pages "chapter and pages" output.check

to

new.block

format.in.ed.booktitle output.nonnull

format.bvolume output

format.chapter.pages "chapter and pages" output.check


This seems to fix the problem that I was having with the editor and book
title not appearing correctly.
