[texhax] Old Fashoned PC "Box" characters

I think Don is talking about the characters in the Extended ASCII table
(characters 128 - 255) but specifically these are characters 179 to 218.

I don't think it's possible to simply copy these characters into TeX as
TeX is only able to process characters 0 to 127?
