[texhax] Graphics from R into Latex

Hi,

I have produced produced a graph in R which I have saved as a PDF file. When
I inspect the PDF file it looks good. But when I insert it into Latex the
axis labels and the header (and all other text and numbers) are gone.

I am using Texworks on Windows and have the following in my preamble

   \usepackage[pdftex]{graphicx,color}

To include the PDF file i write

   \includegraphics{filename}

I have done the same thing on a Mac and it worked fine.
