[texhax] textpos and page breaks

That sounds exactly the problem \null\newpage or (equivalently) \hbox{}\newpage should work, too.

Yes -- as Uwe notes, there's a section in the documentation discussing this.
I've added a \tableofcontents to the front of the documentation, which may help with this.
